It's been a strange year for everyone, but perhaps a particularly strange one for skiers. Between closed resorts, reservation systems, and the cancellation of the majority of events, this has not felt at all like a normal winter. That is particularly true for those who like to push themselves, but whose seasons have been almost entirely devoid of opportunities to do so in a contest or event setting. We’re stoked to announce that thanks to the support of @WWKillington , Newschoolers King Of The Park is returning to the Beast of the East, giving those of you who ride the resort just such a chance.
We're asking you to show us your best 3 tricks from the varied parks Woodward Killington has to offer. The contest opens today (2/24) and you have two weeks to stack your clips and get them submitted (deadline midnight, 3/7). Only shots from this season will be accepted and the winner, announced 3/12, takes home a cool $1000. The rules are simple:
1.) Submit your best 3 tricks filmed at Killington Mountain Resort & Ski Area with recognizable landmarks identifying Killington. The deadline for submission is midnight, 3/7.
2.) Multiple different clips may be edited together, meaning this does not need to be a continuous run.
3.) Multiple angles may be used, however, at least one clip of each trick must show the full trick from takeoff to landing.
4.) Only raw audio files may be used. No music allowed.

Our judges, the Newschoolers Team and guest judges from the Killington park crew, will follow these criteria:
25% Creativity
25% Public Voting
50% Overall Impression

1st - $1000 cash
