As of today, Kimbosessions is officially canceled for 2020. It's far from the first event to get cut as the world attempts to cope with the Covid-19 pandemic, but perhaps the one we are most disappointed to miss. The decision was nigh-on inevitable, but the fact that the lifts are still turning in Sweden, and will continue to do so in the coming weeks, gave us a glimmer of hope that Kimbosessions might somehow prove to be the one event to buck the trend.

Ultimately though, the correct decision had to be made. Even if they had managed to build a park and make the event happen, nobody from outside of Sweden would have been able to make it through all the travel bans. And so, now we have to wait until 2021 for the greatest show of the year to return. But rest assured, Kim is already planning bigger and better things for the comeback!
