thats right, in an excellent turns of events the midwest winter has offcially arrived, and our season offcially goes off this weekend

Tyrol Basin in Madison plans on opening two runs on November 4th

Early openings hopefully mean a good season ahead, last season i thought november 20th was really early for opening day, but mother nature stepped it up for us this year. Even Colorado has been getting pounded on early, and of couse Buffalo, NY has been getting their blizzards.

So what are all your plans for this weekend? Do you plan on Skiing? How long until your region is supposed to get snow? and lastly will you be present at opening day...
