February 3rd 2018 at Nashoba Parks we are holding a new alt comp titled Grease the Rail Jam. We believe its a widely shared feeling that greasing a long rail is a very satisfying accomplishment. So for this rail jam there is only one feature, a 90" or larger rail that consists of ups flats kinks and potentially elbows that is just difficult to complete. The entry fee is $10 and the first skier/snowboarder to "grease" the rail splits the total amount from the entry fee. SO the purse depends on the turn out. There will be multiple take offs throughout the feature so creativity is also a factor. product from Ski The East, Saga Outerwear and Smith Optics will be given out for the creativity and best trick class. Come on out and try to be the first to Grease!
