Yesterday Janurary 28th 2009 the world lost a great guy a dedicated skier and a friend to many. Sam got the chance to go to Revelstoke Mountain in BC and lost his life while doing what we all love, skiing. He was the kind of guy that always encouraged you in a positive way and could turn anyones bad day into a happy one. I never got to say goodbye before he left the mountain that him myself and so many of our friends used to ski every winter. He was above the clouds when the big guy called him back and there he shall stay forever. The world has lost an angel but his good spirit and his trademark smile will remain in the hearts and minds of those who knew him. You can ski higher then all of us now sam, for eternity. One day we will all shred together again. May you rest in peace.
