This is what I affectionatly refer to as my "Rig".   It consists of the following equipment:-Sherman Filterbank Mark 2-Roland TR909-Korg EA1-Beringer Eurorack UB1832FX-PRO-Midisport 2x2 USB midi interface to Ableton Live-Big old electric piano (used for sounds and midi control)-Radio shack keyboard with midi out.My hobby when I'm not skiing or engulfed in newschoolers is making music.   My instruments of choice are as above.    Its weird but it can be pretty fun.   Tonight I tried using the midi output of the EA1 to sequence a line on the old casio electric piano.   I ran the audio of this through the sherman filterbank, and then put a drum sample in with Ableton Live.  This is what it sounds like. Sometimes its weird to just sit in a dim room pushing buttons and twisting knobs.   Some people argue whether the machine is making the music or the artist.
