No other Snowpark in the Alps caused so much attention and positive resonance than the Burton Superpark on the Dachstein Glacier!

Next to the unbelieveable quality of the shapes, which was brought to the easternmost glacier of the alps by Snowboardpro and Parkdesigner Bernd Mandlberger, the Dachstein was home of some fine events like the Superstarsession and the Pleasure Jam the last two years. This season, the way to the top of the European glacier-parks will be continued with all consequence necessary! The lift company and the sponsors are fully motivated and are working on some important improvements this year.

In addition to a bigger team and some new elements in the snow, the park opens one whole month earlier this season! The break off will be the opening on the whitsun-weekend. From May 14-16 there will be a lot of cool stuff going on in the Burton Superpark! Perfect snow conditions and DJ-Sound will make a sick session possible! There will be a lot of photographers and filmers around to capture the action on celluloid and spread it to the most important snowboard and freeskiing media all over Europe. If youâve been riding a lot this winter and have some nice new tricks in your repertoire, you shouldnât miss this possibility to present your skills to the important people in the industry!

On the other hand, if you take it more easy, you also shouldnât miss this years Burton Superpark opening, because one thing's for sure: it's gonna be good!

Kein Park in den Alpen hat in den letzen Jahren so viel Aufsehen und positive Resonanz verursacht wie der Burto Superpark am Dachstein Gletscher! Neben der unglaublichen Qualität der Shapes, die der östlichste Gletscher der Alpen dem Snowboard-Profi und Parkdesigner Bernd Mandlberger zu verdanken hat, hat der Dachstein die letzten beiden Jahre auch mit feinen Events wie der Superstarsession und dem Pleasurejam geglänzt! Heuer wird der Weg an die Spitze der europäischen Gletscherparks konsequent fortgesetzt. Die Gebietsleitung und die Sponsoren stehen voll hinter dem Projekt Burton Superpark und machen auch dieses Jahr wieder einige Verbesserungen möglich.

Neben einem größeren Shaperteam und neuen Elementen im Schnee, ist die wichtigste Neuerung die Verlängerung der Saison. Diesen Frühling öffnet der Snowpark am Dachstein einen ganzen Monat früher seine Pforten, den Startschuß bildet das Opening am Pfingstwochenende! Von 14.05.05 bis 16.05.05 wird es daher ordentlich abgehen im Burton Superpark. Supergute Schneebedingungen und DJ-Sound werden eine sicke Session möglich machen! Diese wird dann wiederum von namhaften Fotografen und Filmern auf Zelluloid gebannt und europaweit an alle wichtigen Snowboard-und Freeskimedien verteilt. Wer also den Winter über brav am Board oder auf den Skiern gestanden ist und einige neue Tricks 'drauf hat, sollte sich diese Gelegenheit, bei den richtigen Personen auf sich aufmerksam zu machen, nicht entgehen lassen!

Aber auch jeder, der es etwas easier nimmt, sollte das heurige Burton Superpark-Opening nicht versäumen, denn eines ist sicher: Es wird auch heuer wieder verdammt gut!
