Recently Josh Bibby joined the team. After competing in the Icer Air he came to Reno with us to check out The Biggest Little City in the World, enjoy vacant national bowling stadiums and create a new ski in our factory. With limited time the process was hectic but still really fun. Along with Josh we were able to build a first version prototype that is in Whistler being tested now. Hopefully we can show you a better look at this ski by the end of January during SIA, but for now check out this sneak peak of the factory, some workers, and how we laid up Josh's first pair of skis:
