"Road Rash Roof was shot during a day of climbing at Highwire Crag at Clear Creek Canyon, CO.  One of the guys I was with, Tyler Fox, was working this super aesthetic roof  (Road Rash Roof 5.12a) and I couldn't really capture how impressive it was from the ground,  so I quickly led up the route next to it, set up on a ledge and snapped a couple shots from above and was pumped with how I could get the road in the background.  My one regret with the shot is the afternoon shade on the climber,  I'll probably be heading back up there soon to get it with morning light."
