Hey, I am a junior in high school here in Michigan, unfortunately. I am starting to look at colleges and I am considering MSU. I ski as much as possible here in the flatland and go stay with my friends in CO once a year every winter. Last year I skied backcountry (Vail Pass) in CO and that was awesome. Probably not a big deal to you guys but that made me realize I need to live in the mountains. I also like rock climbing and mountain biking. I climbed Grand Teton with one of my friends two summers ago, and that was great! Even though I would love to come out to MO to live and ski I need to get a good eduacation too. I want to know the opinions of MSU from you skiers or riders living in Bozeman area. Do they have good programs and teachers? Is it a decent college? How is the weather in that area? Good consistent snow? Sorry for the long post but this is a very important decision so any feedback is appreciated. Thanks a ton in advance!
