ok uh, me and my friend were trying this shit out on a diving board. As soon as we left the board just going forwards, we lifted our head up and did a backflip, landing 180 (now facing the board). i guess it would be a 180 backlip, but the thing is its sorta like a gainer in a way, except we are bouncing off the board, not just running off.
anyways uh, it looks really cool because its all slow and stuff, well whatever

How do you do a gainer just running off? When ever i see people do one the bounce on the board.

I hate diving boards. One time I was trying to do a backflip off one (a fakie backflip) and I jumped straight up and basically landed back on the board, hitting my shins bla bla bla. The point is I don't like diving boards.

you should try overflips one the diving board, jump and do a 180 into a backflip, it's sick

god, here goes the never ending under/over flip argument again. My understanding is an underflip is a 180 to front, and an overflip is a 180 to back. blah
