I live in Brooklyn also and there are a bunch of bus trips you can take. 1.Ski Windham runs a bus trip sat, sun,m,w,fri from grand central( go to skiwindham.com, go to getting here and they list the phone# of the bus company) 2. Emilios ski shop runs trips to the catskill mtns as well as up to vermont(stratton, okemo, killington.mt snow) they have pickups in Brooklyn and manhattan. Go to emiliosskishop.com and click on trips. I have done this one a few times & its the only shop in NYC that runs regular trips to vt which is great the only thing that sucks is the bus is really uncomfortable and its a long ride) 3. Princeton ski shop (princetonski.com) I think they might go to Hunter& Windham 4.Paragon sporting goods(paragonsports.com) they run trips to Hunter mtn.
