Mounting Bindings, Help!

Im new to skiing and i bought a pair of 1260's, can i mount my bindings anywhere on them or just in one spot? thanks for the help.

just send them to a ski shop and they'll mount them correctly for you.

if you have no money, there should be a little line on the ski showing where the middle of the boot goes, that lines up with the line ON your boot...but it's a lot easier to go to a shop, because they got the jig and everything....you'll screw it up if you try yourself

but if the line is in the center do i have to put theme there or can i set them back?

You should really take them to a shop, so you dont fuck it up mostly, also cause they ussually do a good job for pretty cheap.
Like $20 or something.

are you actually going to try to mount them yourself or are you just wondering if the 1260's have to be center mounted?

im not gonna mount them, and i know the bindings on my 1260's should be centered, but can i tell the guys at the shop to set them back or is this not a good idea?

they should go where the line is...but you could ask the tech what he thinks...if you're using 1260's you're probably doing mostly park and would want a center mounted binding...besides, the 1260's arent that good of a big mountain ski, so it's better to do what the ski says
