vermont in december?

im going up to vermont with some friends and my dad and i was wondering what would be a good place to go in mid december like the 15,16,17,18, and 19th....i was thinking stratton but if somebody knows better tell me

weekdays 3 days 2 nights, and the hotel is awesome with indoor and outdoor hot tub, walk to slopes.
do it every year
