Motel6. It has gone up though, something like $60-70/night on weekends. Mammoth Hostel ~$30/bed. Post office: free

it is really cheep to stay ouside of mammoth in a place called lee vining.. i think that's what it's called. i've stayed there a few times, it's on the main street and it think it's about 60$ a night

If you want a really cheap place to stay, drive 40 minutes south to Bishop.
