PSU Skiing

hey guys
im hopefully going to be going to psu next fall, and i was just wondering how the skiing is out there
i live in ohio know, so i was hopefully gonna come check out the hills this fall, so if u ski around there let me know

closest place to PSU (im assuming univ park) is Tussey mountain. Not a huge place, but still can be fun. The rest are at least an hour or more away if I remember correctly...

sure do.. umm there isnt much skiing up here at all. Tussey mountain is super close i can see it out my window, but its really small. I've never skied there actually, but i know it sucks. I'm just giong to do my skiing when im at home (roundtop) or over the break (jackson hole).

^yeah tussey mt sucks but theres a pretty good newschool scene, a lot of skiing addicts-dave zweig, kyle barnoff, jeff oshnook, and theres some other guys i just forget their names. Big air every year there is always a good time.

Yeah< I looked at PSU...Tussey is right there. I got in, but PA skiing can't match Colorado.

my mom was on the psu ski team back in the day. she has all these old school ski team shirts...awesome. tussey mountains mad small isn't it?

HEY stop talking shit about Tussey JASON! The only reason i have respect for tussey is becasue i have been riding there since the age of 5. If you really want to ski in college then PSU may not be the best college for you. But if college is important, you cant get much better than PSU, besides Ivory Leauge. The only reason I am here is becasue I pay 1/4 of tuition... If you goto school somewhere close, say NY, stop by for big air becasue that is the best day at Tussey every year, we build our own jump.
