For all you Springs skiiers, i just got this whole packet of info in the mail concerning some new building goin on around Lake Tahoe at the top. Heres what I got out of it.
Seven Springs is building a new town home community called Southwind at Lake Tahoe. The first fase will consist of 54 units each ranging from 1,700 to 2,600 square feet pluss integral private garages for each. Units have 3 to 5 bedrooms and vaulted great rooms for family gatherings all year round. Most units are ski in ski out withe a private chair lift serving the community.
