HEY MY WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER ISN'T WORKING?
IT SAYS MAY NOT BE CONNECTED TO THE NET WORK.

are you on a network at home, like do you have moer than one computer in the house and you have them connected to each other, and if you are, are you running 98/2000/XP on the computers and if so are you using Windows Media Player 7.1 or XP and if you can, can you give me any specs on your computers? These are just a few things i need to know before i can help

alright, tell me exactly what your doing, are you trying to watch videos, stream video, listen to music and how are you opening it, are you trying to click on the desired file without opening it or are you opening it first then clicking open and opening your desired file, or are you trying to do internet media

im almost tempted to say unistall that one and use the one you were using before, where did you download it from, windows is erally dumb about a lot of things like that so maybe uninstall the one you have and download it from a microsof site, if you already did just use the old one, if that doesnt work, uninstall it (WMP 7.1) and reload it

as much as i hate to say this, contact microsoft, trust me, i absolutely hate microsoft but sometimes you have to do what you gotta do and believe it or not they can sometimes be helpful, so i would go to the microsoft website, pretty sure its www.microsoft.com
