SPRING BOARD MEETING...

Ok, so most resorts south of michigan are now closed and the next thing on the calander is the spring board meeting at highlands. Does anyone have the details yet for this year? Comps, parties, girls? The past 2 years were a good time, hoping this year will be better...

This year they will be the same format as last year. The pipe and rail jam and big air. Im not sure yet what day will be what. When I find out I'll let you know.

720- it's definitely not competition-oriented, so you shouldn't let that hold you back at all. I didn't compete last year, I just spent two days riding a sick park in great weather with some of the coolest kids in the Midwest. Well, Eric Kovtun was there, but the rest were pretty cool.

so its like mammoths superpark? everybody just goes there to ride the park? sweet. is the rest of the mountain open or is it just the park? cuz otherwise no ride for me cuz my parents areant gonna take me. too bad i cant drive till next year. thanks

the Marquette crew will deffinatly be there.
and this year we will bring our camera crew so we can actually get some footage. myself(steve shelby)
and my boy, ben anderson will be competing for sure.
and there will be some others from the up that will be there.

I'm really looking forward to riding that weekend, if it's anything like last year it will be off the chain.

and get this, the next weekend Marquette will hold our spring jam, so don't get hurt before then, cuz you won't want to miss it.

I think a lot of us are going to be in one of our buddies condos somewhat close if not right at the highlands. We'll be partying a lot if anyone wants to stop by. Girls are highly recommened to bring. This should be a pretty sick weekend rain or shine. Peace.

I wont be competeing in anything except the rail jam, fuck competitions, waste of time, money, and effort....but its a great atmosphere to ride and throw down in, lots of fun!

Sounds good, I have always wanted to go, but its a hike from Chicago,like 7 hours. If I can get permission from the rents, I will definatly be there, but I doubt they will say yes.

Miodwest Jibber..... i sure hope the cork 900 police aren't out b/c that is my fav. trick to throw. i am saddened. And You can't miss us. sumone that knows how u post a pic in the forum please tdo so to taht pic. well, we were there last year (without the bus) and had a great time. i loved it. this year its gona be better b/c it is my birthday, and like 3 of my friends, and Easter, and all teh goodness. gona get sloppy. well, look for the bus.
