Best place to stay and Ride in Tahoe area?

I'm trying to come out to Tahoe over spring break and want to find out where the best place to ride is. Ultimately, I will ski a lot more all over the mountain than in the park, but having a sick park won't deter me from going anywhere.
Also, where should I try and stay to ride at the most places? It sounds like its a pain getting around out there. Any truth to that?
Right now, I think my top choice would be to ride Heavenly. Is this a cool place or not? From pictures the park looks pretty sick. Where has good steep stuff and wont be super crwoded over the 2nd week in March?
Thanks.

Spring break for all of the schools in the Bay Area this year is the 2nd week in April so if you came up the second week in March there will be no one anywhere. On the weekends it may get a little crowded at most resorts though. If a storm comes through the week you are here and you want some steep big mountain try Squaw, Heavenly, Alpine or Sugar Bowl. If the weather isn't snowy and it looks

Yeah I think there is one then. But thats not why I'm coming out. Are they going to take over all parks on the mountain for it, or do they just have their own setup somewhere?

they have their own set up, last year it was on California Trail, I don't know where it's going to be at this season, but the park was sick
