whats the deal with trampin in ottawa, i know there was a post on here before but it kinda died and i wanted some info. the previous post said every wednesday at spring action, is this still true? if so what times? what is cost? and do you need to fill out any forms (for safety health reasons) thanks in advance.

wed. 5:30-6:30 10$ first time, 12 after. just sow up, there are some forms, but you don't need to be 18 or anything.

Where is this facility located?
you pay 12 bucks, and you can have a trampoline to yourself.. or do you have to wait in line depending on how busy it is? anyone to instruct you?
