'T'eacher's 'A'ssistant. TA. i know i'm saying it like you're a baby. i don't even care. and man fortune isn't too bad and if they make something worth while this year a free season pass is pretty rad... but it's not just fortune... you can get a TA job at any hill... so it's best to go to like cala or somewhere good.

i talked to people at fortune, and nothings happening again this year. no pipe like they promised, minimal jumps and rails, and all i gotta say is that its no suprise. management at fortune is very frustrating to deal with.

like caden said, become a ta at calabogie or something wortwhile, where you'd actually enjoy yourself and not get bored.

what i dont get is why they had a pipe a few years ago and now they have nothing there jumps were way better a few years ago and they made some nice ones for the comp last year but then the fuckin ski patrol closed em off what pisses me off most is how they make tons of promises and shit and never fullfill them. they abandon the jumps that they make and also i know people who know the owner and they dont do shit to try and persuade him i could go on but i feel that this is enough.

fortune changed owners and the new owners are gay fags. thats why. they are more intersted in opening more runs than building a real park.

when i think about it i could care less about gay fortune, unless they step up their park theres no way im goin there this year. ill just find some place else with a way better one.

in my opinion the best park around on the quebec side is papineau. if its still going i havnt been since two years ago.

Guys, the reason Fortune doesnt have a decent park, is a lack of public support. The year they had a pipe, kids just hiked the pipe, and didnt buy tickets. If you want a park, as ive said before, call (819) 827-1717, let them know you want a pipe, and then BUY TICKETS. The racers run the hill, cuz its the rich racer kids who pay for lessons, lift passes, etc etc etc. You wanna change that, its up to you.
