I'm exploring the idea of creating a skiwear / outdoor wear brand focused on producing genuinely high quality gear but at affordable prices and I would love to get some feedback, advice, ideas, anything from anyone on the topic! Simplified, the idea is producing gear that rivals if not beats competitors but sells for 50% of the price depending on who you compare against (most brands' mark ups are insane). Long-term, it would be ideal to compete with the likes of Syper, Arc'teryx, etc in terms of tech specs but not be charging 500% premiums on the cost of production.
I have a Questionnaire which takes a few minutes to fill out, if you could just have a quick flick through and tick some boxes it would be extremely helpful for me in getting an idea of what people want more of with affordable skiwear in terms of colour, styles, sizes, fits, importance of certain specs, etc.
And I'd be open to discussing with anyone on any ideas and opinions in this thread too, my minds as open as can be at the minute! If anyone is interested in being kept up to date with the potential brand too you are able to put your email address or any contact info at the end of the questionnaire (only if you wish).
Thanks in advance guys!
