Remount question

g_lectrolyteAlright so instead of buying new pow skis, I just want to make my old ones compatible with my new boots. They’re gripwalk and my old Tyrolia 13s from 2021 aren’t GW compatible (plus I low key don’t trust them as much as pivs).

Would the best move be remounting with a different binding? My buddy said the hole pattern for pivots could actually work around the pattern for the Tyrolias. I would love that because I don’t want to mount them further back.

I think my only other option is unscrewing my GW sole and buying an alpine sole, but that sounds like a pain in the ass.

g_lectrolyteK2 TWally pros. I like the grip walk tho especially at work it kicks ass.. fuck an alpine sole. I’d way rather remount. Basically just asking if the drill pattern for Pivot 15s works AROUND the ~2021 Attack 13 drill pattern and I could just pull those and put pivots at the same center mount. Or if I just need to suck it up and mount new binders back 2ish instead I guess that’s not the worst, I just wanna know for sure it would work.

Non_State_ActorWhat boots do you have? Switching soles on a boot takes like 5 minutes and usually costs ~$40. Swapping bindings is a much bigger pain in the ass. Remounting with a different binding or moving the mount 2cm is not a big deal. It's only when skis have been mounted 2, 3 times or more or mounted for various BSL that it gets tricky.
