I don’t know why this happens, but depending on factors such as my diet and how much sleep and exercise I’m getting, the speed at which I perceive things to move will change dramatically.
For example, I’ll be watching a ski edit and everything will look normal, and then I’ll watch it again the next day after a good night’s sleep and everything will look as though it’s happening slower or faster than it was when I watched the same video the day prior.
Does this happen to other people?
