All mountain swerve skis

top competitors rn are Departs, Kimbo, Mirus Cor. Maybe 1000’s. Or I just go back to Wide Plusses cuz I know they fit the vibe I’m going for

I want a decent amount of rocker and tail rise, but still on the softer end of the flex spectrum so I can lay down nasty switch carves and long butters.

lmk ur experiences with the options Im lookin at! Or if u got other suggestions I’m open!!

stickacorkinitI've seen 1000 skis two times on hill, one was faze lacy when he came to bear, and the other was a 15 year old who put demo look bindings on them. so i can't attest to claims on them. I have a homie who rides wide+ this and he rides literally everything in them, from what I've seen they'd def hold up as an all mountain swervatron3000, just might be a bit more stiff than expected. the mirus cor is the true answer lowkey but don't pay a band for those lmao

X_MEMESWERVE_XXYeah cost is the biggest thing keeping me from the mirus cor and the 1000’s

i spent a couple seasons on wide plus and they are one of my favorite skis ever. They great in park, great in trees, hold up well at high speed and do good with airtime, Hold their own in a bit of pow, u really can’t go wrong with them.

also, I just feel so much brand loyalty for Vishnu idek where I got it from but I have owned 3 sets in the past 6 years and just love every ski they make. Also just can’t argue with Vishnu pricing either it’s very fair

stickacorkinitu already have wide+? just keep ripping those lol, id say they are your mose solid choice, but im also too tiny to be riding any + series ski and be able to consistently butter

Ldrake86I got a pair of Kimbos this year and they're my favorite ski I've ever had. I got them exactly for the same reasons you mentioned. I rip them all over the mountain most of the time as a playful all mountain jib ski that still carves like crazy. The tips are soft enough for easy butters, and the shape is more unique with the flat tail. I like them so much I'm thinking about buying next year's pair.

I've never had Strangers but I've heard they're similar, and they seem sick af too. I've also heard Departs go hard, but take some getting used to. They have a pretty tight turn radius for crazy turn shapes.

LiamsasdYeah kimbos are fucking it they rip everything so hard and are just the sickest skis in any condition I’m very pleased with mine the strangers also fuck hard, for a slappy buttery playful ski that can still tear up a groomer even at speed or a backside gully the kimbos are it

X_MEMESWERVE_XXKimbo/Depart/Stranger are my top 3 in no particular order rn, I'd be very satisfied with any of those.

Wide+ is a backup option, I know the ski well, I'm a Vishnu loyalist, and know I can get the use I intend out of them, but they definitely are a park thriving ski yet and I am looking for something a little more in-between and weird since I already have Wets. Cuz I know if I'm on Wide+ I'll just get comfy and stuck on park laps cuz its a really good ski for that. I want something thats gonna make me push boundaries and MAKE THE WHOLE MOUNTAIN MY PLAYGROUND

Season Kins are another backup option, cool ass company and very nice skis but they just don't have a quirky enough vibe I guess, I'd def rock them tho

Honestly it will probably come down to what kinds of deals I can get, what I can find used, or availability
