Mounting skis to wall. Which layout? Vote A or B.

I'm assuming these pictures will be too small so posting them below in thread.

i was shocked that the vote was tied 12-12 when B is the clear winner unless you intend to add to A but i think B and nothing more is such a clean look

Was hoping for a clear winner this morning but it's looking about even. Leaning towards B as well.

Spacing is not gonna change the fact that you're pasting 3 pairs of skis on a blank wall. Neither fill up the whole space on that wall but B looks like it's trying harder whilst still not succeeding.

You gotta get some other stuff to fill up the space on the wall. Maybe mount a shelf or two on the wall to put some ski related trinkets on, maybe get some wall hooks to hang old passes and goggles from. Get one or more cool skiing posters to mix in. Arrange it in a way that doesn't look too uniform and you'll be way better off than just 3 skis on a wall.

disagree. negative space is frequently used in design.

i would divide the wall into horizontal quarters and place the skis on the quadrant lines. i’d line up the bottoms of the skis and have the tallest in the middle. dial in the spacing of the skis to be the same as well. would be a clean look for sure
