BiffbarfBig enforcer free guy. They charge, hold an edge on bullshit conditions, and are intuitive and easy to ski slow too. I don't think you'll be upset with them at all
joogThose skis look sick but they dont make them anymore! I was sorta looking at the unleashed 114 as just the new version of these, but I havent heard much besides my nordica sponsored friend who said theyre awesome
FlackerIf you can find a pair of the Rossi Black Ops 118 do it... You will fly like P-white and Logan
BiffbarfThe unleashed does look similar to the 'free' maybe with less metal (boooo)
But I'm sure it's great still. I'll be in the market soon for a new pair as mine are getting a little noodly after a few seasons of abuse
quagsireIf you like the charginess of the Countach but want a more forward mount point, maybe look at Wildcats? Or even Chipotle Bananas, honestly. A bit wider than you're looking for, at 122, but they ski narrow and are way chargier and more versatile than the shape would suggest.
snormanI can personally attest to the fact that the black ops are absolutely epic. Been using them for 3 years and are rad. The new rossi sender free 118 is pretty much the same from talking to reps but 50g lighter and a smidge softer. I have mine mounted -3 from rec and are super good.
Take a look at the new blank from salomon (won't go on sale this year tho) they made the tail stiffer.
But for the most part take a look at what the guys on fwt are skiing on and you won't go wrong with those. IMO the most important thing for you is make sure that the ski you buy is heav, makes it more stable and faster.

joogYeah definitely, sorta just gonna see what I can get when the time comes around but just trying to see what people are generally liking - the 110 looks like it might be the tits and all the big dogs have them, was thinking abt a similar mount point to yours so thats good to know
snormanThe only bad things ive heard about the 110 is from people who are expecting it to feel directional when mounted at rec - but move it back and its swag. I skied mine first at -1 from rec and it was ok then they flew off the roof rack of a friend's car and the bindings pulled out so had to remount them from there. Happy that happened cus they ski so well. I would say the mount point for 110 would be similar
joogYeah my impression is the 110 is super flexible for mount point, not necessarily just for kids spinning off everything. Any intel on sizing? im like 5'11.75, feel like the 184 might be a little on the smaller side if I wanna rear mount it and use it to charge

sashkoHow far from rec is your final mount point?
I'm also thinking about buying one, but debating between recommended and -2 from rec
