Am I going to have fun with these boots?

I got a fresh pair of boots.
If I buckle them tight they fit perfect, if I buckle them looser and imagine myself landing backseat I will toebang pretty hard.
The dude in the shop told me they get bigger once they’re broken in.

what do you think? I plan on skiing park/ backcountry 50/50
(its a dalbello il Moro pro 3 piece boot)

If you can toe bang that usually means there is space between you toe and the front of the boot indicating they're too big.

Shell fitting is the key, your foot has to match the shape of the shell in all dimensions. Your liner will break in quickly, your shell will not. For a performance fit go for 1 finger fit and get a boot fitter to grind or stretch any protrusions on your foot in the toes or width.
