Hey, whats the best way to fix this? The edge is split and has a small dent. The damage has caused a crack into the ski. Should I just seal it with epoxy or something similar?

Yeeah, just get epoxy as deep into the crack as possible and use a clamp if there is a gap.
The tough part is making sure the edge doesn’t get caught and pull out more. I’m inclined to say hammer it in then epoxy then clamp but idk if the hammer will cause mute delamming. For what it’s worth, I skied a park ski for years with an edge impact at the tip that fully shunted into the ski.

Use West Systems G Flex Epoxy, clean and rough up the surfaces, heat the mixed epoxy and ski to help the epoxy flow down deep into the seperation, then clamp for 24 hours at room temperature, use a Dremel or other grinding tool to smooth out any edges and shape to match the rest of the tip.
