Is the United States Supreme Court Core?

With the US Supreme Court upholding the congressional ban on TikTok, a platform that some on NS might believe ruined watching ski films and the filming/magazine industry, they seem pretty core to me. The only fault against the supreme court are some of the bonehead rulings they've made in the past along with being a face associated with law enforcement that stops people from skiing in the streets. Looking forward to other opinions that I may have overlooked.

I think they may have overlooked that most TikTok ski edits are posted on Instagram so if they really walk the talk they’ll ban plug edits worldwide not only on TikTok

In justice Alitos opinion he stated that more longform edits should be hosted on NS. Thomas concurred. Therefore it's based.

not to make shit too serious, but the ban of tiktok has got to be one of the worst decisions the scotus has ever made. the implications of this on other aspects of free speech lowk worry me

pretty shite opinion coming 7 months after the reversal of the chevron doctrine and making being homeless a criminal offense. then again, most amerikans are just worried about personal creature comforts. 'free speech' is a loaded term that really only applies to ppl of privilege who don't toe the line of calling out the western world's war crimes. non violent activists have been getting arrested, imprisoned, and killed for decades.
