My dad has tons of his old mountaineering stuff in boxes (some of which has been above 8000 meters which is baller af) and one of the shells is in pretty good shape except for a big delamination in the glue along the edge of the armpit zipper (the seam between the zipper and the rest of the jacket). Also trying to figure out if the glue on all the seams has gone bad over time, which if that’s the case the jacket is pretty toast I’m afraid. I know I probably can’t fix it myself, but was wondering if there are any places, specifically in the Denver area but willing to ship it, where they specialize in repairing jackets like mine. It’s got some sentimental value and my dad and I think it would be cool to get that jacket some extra life. Any suggestions?
