Replying to Should i get a pair of new skis for Japan?
Next year I'm planning on going to Japan for a ski trip and I was wondering if I should get a new pair of skis. When I ski I go with my family. Me, my brother and my dad usually switch our skis through the trip (we're all about the same size, 180cm, 70-80kg). The three pair of skis we use are: 1) K2 pinnacle 95(177). 2) Dps 100 rp pagoda(184). 3) Dynastar m-pro 90(178).
I'm worried that we won't be able to really enjoy the japow with the Dynastar skis since they aren't particularly wide. I was thinking of getting the bent chetler 110's since they are a good powder ski that 1, have a shorter turn radius (something that I value a lot) and 2, because I still want something that can be a bit more all-mountain and not a 100% powder ski (like the bent 120s.
Any suggestions on skis? or will the dynastar skis be fine?
