Washing insulated snowpants

I have some older snowpants (Oakley Corked) that are pretty stained by dirt/cheetos/whatever right now. They're insulated, can I just throw them in the wash with a tide pod on gentle cycle or should I use nikwax tech wash cleaner? Or should I scrub the stains off by hand

For stains on the pants I hand wash, just drop some like tide or whatever you have. Use a microfibre cloth and lukewarm water is what I do rinse in a sink. At the end of the year I throw my pants into a delicate cycle for freshness but not like cleaning.

Rub some tech was directly into the stains, let sit in cold water for a while, few hours if you don’t care about waiting.
wash with tech wash on warm or cold, check the tag. If stains are gone usually okay to put in dryer after, if still there do not dry them. Again check the tag to see if they can be dried
do not use normal laundry detergent it can mess with the waterproofing.
i like doing laundry so I have some experience lol
