Replying to Why so toxic?

Yo, why are some people on Newschoolers so toxic? Like, I get that everyone has opinions, but some dudes just hate for no reason. You post a vid of you hitting a new trick, and instead of hyping you up, they just talk trash. Or someone asks a legit question, and people just clown on them instead of helping. It’s mad annoying.

Skiing is supposed to be fun, right? We’re all out here trying to get better and enjoy the sport. But some people act like they’re the kings of freeskiing and anyone who isn’t throwing triples off a backcountry jump doesn’t belong. Like, chill. Not everyone is trying to be a pro.

I understand that joking around is part of the culture, and a little roasting can be funny. But some people take it way too far and just bring negative energy. Why does NS have so many people like that? A change in attitude would make it so much more inviting. This is based off of my experience, what do you all think?
