Replying to Park Crew, I need your help!

So I work in IT at a small independent ski area in central Colorado and have been given the task of building and reintroducing our terrain park in my free time at work. While I've been riding in the park for a while, I've never been involved with building or maintaining them. We've been without a terrain park for close to a decade, but still have a few features that management wants to restore and use. It will be small, probably will just consist of a few boxes and rails, no jumps due to lack of snow making.

I'm hoping some of you guys/gals that have worked on park crew can share some resources and tips for building and maintaining a small park. How often should features be grinded for rust and waxed/greased? What do you use for wax/grease on rails? Do boxes need the same sort of care? Open to hearing any suggestions on how to make this a success so it can stick around for years to come. Thanks!
