Has anyone had experience with Backcountry branded geat before, or even this specific jacket? Thanks.

I don't think that jacket looks like a good deal really. I'd look at Flylow...my wife has this coat https://www.sierra.com/flylow-billie-ski-jacket-waterproof~p~4pnxa/?filterString=s~flylow%2F&merch=prod-rec-prod-prod4PNXA and loves it. The flylow site https://flylowgear.com/collections/womens-web-specials has several different jacket past season options though the sizes and colors are limited, and I didn't see anything in solid black like the jacket you linked.

I have definetly been looking at Flylow but unfortunately the current season ones are past my price and unfortunately the past season ones either don't ship to where I live or aren't the correct size. I'll keep an eye out for used ones though.
