Replying to How important is flexibility in skiing?
I am a little below average flexible i would say. With relatively stiff ankles and hips.
How much does it really affect my skiing, spinning, riding switch etc.?
Sometimes i feel like i can‘t twist and turn my body as i want to.
Or is it more important to get strong and just get the movement patterns down?
Are there exercises to improve flexility for skiing specifically?
