Look binding brake made in Romania?

Guys, did i get scammed? I got new brakes for Christmas but one is made in Romania and the other one is made in France. Couldn’t find anything on the internet about it. Is this normal?

Pivots are supposed to be made in France. They may have sourced the plastic part in Romania. Can’t remember what all mine said.

All of my spares and parts are made in France but I don’t think that Romanian one is fake.
