VTshredder69I fucking loved Nitro & Gulch. Nitro was small but soooo fun. Now i'm old and decrepit and scared to throw 3's though.
theabortionatorI feel that. I used to mostly ride the gulch when solo. Nitro was kinda small. Hell i remember hitting inferno after freezing rain because you're there when you're there and yolo. Now id probably be terrified to spin nitro jumps.

It's so funny now because ill just see somebody slide rails not spinning on or off and Im like woah"that kid is sick" because I'm almost detached from the person I was when I could do that effortlessly.
Big fan of medium parks though. Not really throwing any good tricks but just fun hitting smaller features.
I work at mammoth and low key have never ridden through main park because I know I'll turn to dust if I fall off one of those rails or try to hit the big jump line.
Younger me would call this me a bitch for sure lol.

inferno was dope but a lot of times i'd be there by myself and it was intimidating. even the sick pros and ams that would ski there a lot at the time seemed to ignore inferno half the time haha

The other day I was at the liquor store to buying bevs for NYE. There was a girl in front of me taking FOREVER to pick out her preferred flavours of high noon, talking to her friends on her phone, asking what they wanted, etc. I was stoned, so rather than ask her to move out of the way I took a lap around the store, but when I returned she was still there. I asked her to move and noticed she was wearing a Gould Academy jacket. So not only was she slow and annoying, but she also skis faster than me.

tho they still list as having inferno as a park as well as the farm and fools gold. Wonder if they'd ever re-structure park layouts and delete like prospector. Move gulch into prospector so everything more condensed.

Keep nitro as large park. Could still lap heavy metal and would open the rest of that side for racers and hopefully deter the jerrys from just carving down nitro lmao
