Replying to How do I start up a ski club thats fun for everyone and not just the few people really into skiing

I have attempted to make a ski club at my school that ultimately failed to as it was not approachable for people who don’t care about ski edits or ski culture but still like skiing. How should I go about making a club that’s fun and enticing for every level of skier - even beginners. My school has had ski bus and stuff in the past so I know there is an audience. Does any have any tips or things to share from their experience with their school ski club?
