FKS/Pivot Forward Pressure Arm Stuck

Anyone ever run into this at? I can't turn one of the forward pressure adjustment screws on my bindings at all (even stripped the screw a bit while trying). The bindings were new last season, so I wouldn't think that this should be happening this early. I tried working in some WD40 but it hasn't seemed to help. There's no evidence that anything is broken/bent and is putting undue pressure on the arm that won't turn. Thoughts?

The only time I’ve experienced this on a semi new set there was a pinch on the arm of the dildo. It was super minor. Looked almost unnoticeable but the inner threads has been pinched enough you absolutely could not screw anything in all the way. It would start to thread in then literally just stop and you couldn’t move it anymore no matter how hard you tried.
you have have a tiny dent right where the threads are that’s binding up the arm.
