Christian_Baledamn dude I'll be honest, when you said that you got no response I was wondering if it was because the site you made was kinda shit. but god damn you put some serious work into this. like particularly the map with the slvsh cup locations, where u can select location > year > bracket with pages for each game. seems like all the functionality is there, only the UI really needs to be fixed as you mentioned. crazy they didn't hit you back at all

Hey man. I'm sorry that I haven't responded to your emails. It's a one man boat over here so I can easily miss stuff if it's coming from an email I don't recognize. Honestly I get 10s of emailed every day from scam companies trying to get ads on our videos and usually don't open. Hopefully you can imagine how many messages we get from story replies on IG so it's basically impossible to see unless we follow you. But excuses don't really matter and I truly apologize for not responding as this is awesome and your messages were genuine.

That aside your website is fucking awesome man. The riders stat page is amazing and hats off as I know that is a lot of work to compile stats from games.

There are a few behind the curtain reasons we haven't had the website up and this is rejuvenating to see.


Now it's been months of sending weekly emails. Still no response. Ironic Joss..... You said on the two planker pod that getting sponsor for SLVSH was like pulling teeth. Well so are you.


also, I have now found all your messages and I really don't appreciate the harsh shade you're casting on me/Slvsh especially with a title "SLVSH blows" when you haven't sent "Weekly" emails for months like you're suggesting. As your 2 month email period ended over 6 months ago. And you IG messaged once to each account. You definitely could have approached this thread from a more positive stance.

That aside your website is awesome man. I owe you a response and we can chat more.

-skian-This site is fantastic, I love it! I used it on Mobile and it was a bit clunky with things overlapping, but I get the gist, and the gist is great. From an unbiased side view I can see how this was taken as offensive by Joss, but I also see how it was a bit of a joke haha. Joss we all love ya and just want a slvsh site is all it is. At the end of 2023 I started making them a website solely because theirs is down. I watched every single matchup on the channel, recorded statistics. I researched every rider on the channel, recorded data. I introduced some neat functionality to both watch and browse stats in the same place. I then contacted both Joss and Matt at every contact point I could to see if they were interested in having it hosted. Youtube email, instagram, linkedin. No response.

I worked on it for about a month or so more to polish the functionality, put ZERO effort into design. The existing design is simply so I could fucking look at it while I worked on it for 4 months straight......

He should have answered you and you obviously did an amazing job but I can see both sides here.

I started this because I love skiing, I love SLVSH, I love that Joss created something valuable and core, giving back to the community is what’s all about. I saw a way I can help Joss take it to the next level and so here we are.

It would be a real loss if Joss and Matt don’t get involved with this. Iberg’s always talking about skier-owned platforms on the Two Planker Podcast, and he’s absolutely right. If SLVSH could channel its audience to their own website, they’d unlock so much potential—not just in revenue but also in elevating the viewing experience.

Features like individual rider stats are already dope, but imagine if the site let us create prediction brackets and vote for the “People’s Rider.” You could also throw in a giveaway for someone who predicts all the matches and letters correctly. More engagement, more ad money.
