Problems with helmet. please help

what do you wear under your helmet if you have googles under. My problem is that if i wear googles under i have to take out the insulation. However it doesnt feel right to wear the helmet without insulation. I tried wearing a beanie under but than i feel like its super fuc*ed. And i am note sure if the helmet keeps me safe with the beanie under.

Goggles over. Otherwise the clip/adjuster makes the helmet super uncomfortable. Happens with Squads and line miners.

I wear a beanie, with goggles on top of that, helmet on top of both. Works fine, I don't experience any shifting of the helmet. Had one really gnarly crash and my helmet stayed in place and did its job. Probably depends on the helmet and the shape of your head, I've got a bigass head and rock and XL Smith Maze.

not super thick, I used to use an NS beanie years ago, for the past 5 years its been some Smith beanie that my aunt got me for christmas, I'll post a pic when I get home

Usually use a beanie but recently switched to a thin buff around my head it works. I’m just as warm but the gogs fit better under

I use either a fleece balaclava or a thin ish beanie. I don’t use cuff beanies ad they get way too bulky. I also sag the strap to make it more confortable.

some goggles have shorter straps to go under the helmet, i have the dragon D1 OTG, and the straps probably can’t get over my helmet, makes them more comfortable to have under the helmet imo

Have you tried wearing goggles over your helmet (like how it’s designed to be done) instead of being a tool and doing it the hard way and losing functionality just because you think it looks cool?
