Replying to My project 2025 is that not every single rail needs to be a straddle feature

X_MEMESWERVE_XX:
I keep talking to my local park crew homies to get more urban on features in our park. cuz currently every single feature is straddle'able with a gigantic overbuilt lip. like I fully support a few features being straddle'able for people to progress and learn. but its also important to build urban on features for those same folks to progress f u r t h e r and become even better skiers once they get the baselines down and can hop on a rail from the side. I mean thankfully they are built really wide so you can still hop on from the side and you aren't forced to straddle.
Still there's no reason a 15 foot down rail shouldn't have an urban on lip. like the top of the rail is mayyybe 5 inches from the top of the lip. same goes for the 4 foot long LP tank, even as a learners feature it shouldn't have a lip that's built higher than the feature itself. unless you're hitting with negative speed, which you have to do, half the feature is past before you can even lock on to the rail. like at least put the lip level with the feature?? It's just way more fun for everyone when the park is built with variety.

my ass likes to JUMP onto shit
its important to learn how to jump onto shit

rant over. I'm pretty sure that my hill's management just wants every feature to just be hittable by the GM's 10 year old kid and it is out of park crew's hands lol
