JacksonA125Is the best thing to do just quit and find a less shady place to work?
bintoThis happens all the time. There's a lot of good ski tech's that I would trust with my skis, but also too many bad ones.
I've literally had my skis mounted wrong 50% of the time when travelling and having to use a random shop.
Last pair of skis of bought I told them I'd buy some tools and mount them myself. They looked at me like I was nuts and said I'd stuff it up. I've mounted a bunch by hand and will continue to from now on unless I know the ski tech and can trust them.
Personally I'd just keep doing a good job and you will bring in customers and make a good name for yourself. If you're doing a better job than everyone else you'll probably get a pay rise also.
