I just do steezed the fuck out 180's and just say that's my "specialty" when in reality I have never done a 3 off anything more than a sidehit


or I just avoid jumps altogether tbh

I avoid skiing moguls even though everyone will tell you it makes you a better skier so I just say something along the lines of "oh yeah that was my warm up this morning."

one time when i was a young whippersnapper I was chilling on the knuckle then skied off without looking uphill. Almost got smoked by a dude hitting the jump. apologized immediately. it was a very good learning opportunity for sure, haven't made the same mistake since

People are being humorous in here, but my sin is that I have barely been watching ski content this year. I just don't enjoy it like I used to. I force myself to watch something and easily get distracted/bored no matter how good it is. I feel sad about it, I used to live off ski media and now I barely partake off the slope.

Same. I’ve just accepted being an old head at this point and barely watch new videos. The editing doesn’t do it for me most of the time. I love magma and capeesh videos at least

my sin is that I can do all kinds of shit on tramp but rarely spin over a 5 on snow. I have good air sense but jumps scare me

in 6th grade i saw an episode of rocket power where they were snowblading in basically a snow skate bowl and i exclusively snowbladed through 8th grade.

edit: the reason i stopped was cause someone chirped me from the lift saying “whats the hardest part of snowblading?” i thought about it was was about to say getting speed for the jumps but before i could say anything they said “having to tell your parents your gay!” so i never snowbladed again

I had a snowboarder friend who was too afraid to hit the big jump at Granite Peak. We sat at the top for like 20 minutes and finally a guy from the lift yelled "take the tampon out and hit the jump!" It got him moving.

I dgaf as long as the skis go past my shoulder. Right now I don't need any extra length in the park. My big mountain skis are 189

I’ve never done a zero spin on anything bigger than like 20 feet. I rep like I have, if you saw me skiing around you’d probably assume I’d at least gotten lucky once or twice and put one to my feet that is respectable. The shame has been eating me alive for years, forgive me father for I have sinned.
