Sender free looks dope but I've never skied it, wouldn't let a little extra swingweight steer you away from it. Just look at what Jake Carney throws down on his SFs.
I haven't experienced west coast steep and deep, but I've gotten a couple 2-3ft east coast pow days, so take my recommendations with a grain of salt.
DPS Koala 103 seems like it fits your needs. It carves firm snow phenomenally, pretty powerful and stable, has a massive spoon which feels like a cheat code in pow, and it's pretty decent in the park mounted -3 from true center, even tho it's pretty stiff. Never hesitate to pull it out regardless of conditions, but especially love it for groomer and pow days. It's very well-rounded.
If you're talking about truly deep days, I'm not the guy to ask, but maybe look into the Koala 111?
