onenerdykidThe import thing about binding settings is not the actual numbers on the scale being the same toe & heel, but that the release values (torque) are the same for the toe and heel.
If the shop actually set the bindings correctly, they matched the torque values toe and heel, which does not necessarily mean the same number on the scale.
The shop had you sign the release paperwork and they usually show that to you. Is that something you have?
