My air control is shit

my air control is kinda shit. even if im just getting air off a side hit, my arms, or worse, legs will often go flying. What can I do, or how can I practice so this doesn't happen?

I'd say that's more relevant for tricks, especially going off axis.

OP sounds like it's an issue with your takeoff. If you're off balance on the takeoff you'll be off balance in the air

your probably just not popping well or your backseat. Just try to find some smaller side hits that you can hit with good technique, and then build up. I think stomp it tutorials has a video for your exact situation

look farther ahead, build some core muscle, and practice with focus on popping off the lip and then tucking your knees a bit. looks better to shifty.
